The department is tasked with providing all forms of dispute resolution mechanisms including court litigation, mediation and negotiations depending on the nature of dispute and our client’s interest. We have the capacity to render legal services in relation to the following:

• Civil litigation and representation in all the courts and tribunals
• Commercial disputes in financial, insurance and banking sector
• Employment and labour relations disputes, workers compensation, performance management,
collective bargaining and staff disciplinary cases
